Terry Buckley, President
Mr. Buckley has served in a variety of roles throughout his career with the company including Technical Sales, Regional Sales Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing, Vice President and President. Terry brings 20 plus years of industry experience in the custom converting and elastomeric materials. Mr. Buckley holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
BEN MAYO - PRODUCTION MANAGER
Mr. Mayo has been with LGS Technologies since 1998. He has 20 plus years of experience in custom fabrication and manufacturing industry. During his time with the company Mr. Mayo has held roles as Office Manager, Quality Manager and Production Manager. Ben brings a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge in the processes for products and in lean manufacturing. Mr. Mayo holds an Associate degree in Design Manufacturing.
Barry Wheeless - QUALITY MANAGER
Barry Wheeless joined the LGS team in June of 2017. Barry has over 35 years of experience in a wide variety of industries ranging from plastics, metalworking and fiberglass insulation in various roles from quality management to plant management. He was instrumental in making the transition to the revised AS9100D quality standard and leads our quality team. Barry holds AS degrees in Electronics Technology and Engineering Technology.
JASON HENDERSON - Vice President of Operations
After completing his BA at The University of Texas at El Paso, Mr. Henderson joined LGS Technologies as HR Generalist. Over the years, Mr. Henderson has branched out into other areas of the company and was promoted to Operations Manager in 2012. His years of experience as an HR Representative and Training Coordinator, along with computer programming certifications from Creighton University, have allowed Mr. Henderson to play a key role in management at LGS Technologies. On a daily basis, Mr. Henderson is intricately involved in overseeing inventory management and accounting within the organization in addition to his operations responsibilities.
David Faletto – Office Manager
Mr. Faletto has supported a variety of roles during his time at LGS including Production Manager, Estimating Manager and Office Manager. David brings an extensive background in precision metal fabrication. process improvement and custom manufacturing experience from previous management roles.
